Job summary

OSF HealthCare, via Pointcore, seeks a Supply Chain Distribution Associate to support hospital operations in Bloomington, IL. You will deliver supplies and equipment, maintain inventory, and help set up meeting spaces as needed.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform clerical duties, and work with all levels of staff to ensure accurate, timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and perform simple math.
• Able to transcribe data and enter data into a computer terminal.
• Able to proofread and check documents for accuracy daily.
• Able to use a keyboard and basic computer commands.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Licensure/Certifications: CDL or class license may be required; forklift certification if used.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies and equipment including bulk carts up to 700 pounds.
• Drive delivery vehicles and operate equipment like electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain inventory and fill orders.
• Ship/receive supplies and move furniture; set up meeting rooms.
• Perform clerical duties such as answering phones and documentation.
