Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Coordinator to support Supply Chain Operations across multiple hospital facilities in Georgia. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, perpetual inventory systems, and process improvement, partnering with Supply Chain leaders, Distribution Center teams, clinical departments, IT, and facility leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field, 0-5 years’ experience, strong data analysis, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in supply chain operations or healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory optimization initiatives and perpetual inventory programs across facilities.
• Coordinate product conversions and inventory standardization projects.
• Analyze inventory and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and action items with stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, clinical departments, IT, and leadership to ensure execution.
• Assist with training, change management, and user adoption of new processes and systems.
