Aiken Regional Medical Centers, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a contracts analyst to support local contract management through corporate processes. You will liaise between requestors, vendors, Corporate Insurance and Legal, ensuring compliance across ECM, GPO, and MSS platforms.

You will help with vendor access, recalls, requisitions, and value analysis while supporting a broad network of entities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of supply chain analysis experience.
• Healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Projects a positive attitude, demonstrates teamwork, and a high work ethic.
• Ability to identify and resolve pricing and contract validity issues.
• Clinical understanding to support large entities and/or many entities.
• Focused attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Experience with ECM, ECRI, Citrix, and Meperia MSS.

Responsabilités

• Review and collect required documents for contract consideration.
• Enter and track documentation in the contract management system for corporate review.
• Serve as liaison between contracting parties.
• Review GPO and UHS Master Agreements and act as needed.
• Manage vendor badging and access.
• Communicate and track recall and alert information.
• Assist with new supply, equipment, and procedure requests through the Corporate Value Analysis process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
