Qualifications

• Must have considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift (often 4–12 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
• Limited phone use during shifts.
• Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration and attendee check-in.
• Direct attendees as a wayfinding helper and monitor session areas.
