Ascension Milwaukee seeks a Strategic Planning Analyst to lead market intelligence, assess opportunities and support the Wisconsin market strategic plan. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop insights and drive informed decisions that align with organizational goals.

You will work with the CSO, ELT and facility leaders to shape ambulatory strategy, service line development and capital project planning, optimizing system performance and enhancing patient experiences across Ascension

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics/market scanning experience.
• Experience informing strategic plans and capital projects.
• Ability to analyze care delivery and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market scans and inform strategic plan.
• Develop analytical inputs for long-term plan.
• Identify gaps and variations in services.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop initiatives.
