Job summary

Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a Senior Analyst, Planning & Business Development to act as an internal consultant for corporate planning and expansion initiatives. The role conducts analyses, develops hypotheses, and presents findings to stakeholders to inform decision making.

It also identifies grant opportunities and supports financial feasibility studies with leadership across operations, clinical and finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration required.
Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting or Finance.
Minimum five years in strategy, planning, finance, or business development within healthcare with increasing responsibility.
Demonstrated project leadership skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights clearly.
Experience using internet research.

Responsibilities

Serve as internal consultant for planning and business development projects.
Lead projects and facilitate cross-functional teams.
Identify and coordinate grant funding opportunities.
Support grant applications and reporting with leaders.
Develop and review the organization's strategic plans with leadership.
Conduct environmental scans and analyses.
