Ochsner Health is seeking an experienced analytics professional to independently analyze assigned business areas and lead special projects across service lines. You will collaborate with operational leadership to identify growth opportunities, risks, and trends using data analytics and provide actionable recommendations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 3 years in data analytics, with strong Excel and Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3 years of experience in data analytics, trending, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• Healthcare analytics experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel, Tableau, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to present information clearly to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Leads, trains, reviews, and validates work product of assigned departmental staff.
• Provides actionable recommendations to operational management on strategic initiatives.
• Participates in system-wide strategic planning for service line growth.
• Oversees special projects involving service line analysis and mapping.
• Mines and analyzes large datasets from multiple sources to support growth opportunities.
• Produces standard and ad hoc reporting packages for stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and standards.
