Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of data analytics experience in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, modeling and reporting.
• Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.
• Preferred: MBA or similar advanced degree.
• Strong Excel, Tableau, or equivalent data analysis and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach department staff; validate work products.
• Provide data-driven insights to operational management on strategic initiatives.
• Support system-wide strategic planning with integrated analyses and recommendations.
• Manage service line analyses including demographics and mapping.
• Combine multiple data sources to analyze large data volumes for growth opportunities.
• Produce regular reporting packages and respond to ad hoc requests.
