Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a graduate-level consultant-in-training to advise payer/provider clients on strategic and operating model design. You will support project teams on client engagements, perform data analysis, and help implement solutions to generate tangible results.

The role emphasizes building strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with exposure to healthcare management and benchmarking across engagements.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027.
• No US sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred: degrees in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Health Admin or related.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Access, SAS, R, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Advise payer/provider clients on strategic planning and operating model design.
• Support project teams on client engagements, on- and off-site.
• Perform client and project management tasks.
• Conduct data and information analysis for projects.
• Support solution implementation and generate project results.
• Develop quality deliverables supporting essential workstreams.
• Gather and analyze data; identify gaps and trends.
• Make recommendations on baseline performance, best practices, benchmarks.
• Develop project management skills and consulting capabilities on a defined career path.
