Ernest Health's Central Park Rehabilitation Hospital of Denver is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to help ensure the hospital is appropriately staffed, coordinating scheduling and recruitment where needed. This role supports interdisciplinary patient care and aligns with the hospital's mission.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, clerical healthcare experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two (2) years clerical experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for activities which ensure the hospital is appropriately staffed at all times, including scheduling and sometimes recruiting.
