Qualifikationen

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
• Source and screen contractors through passive and active candidate resources including job board postings, social media, networking, internet research, and cold calling.
• Recruit actively to obtain business from active and potential clients.
• Assist with verifying, evaluating, and investigating contractor credentials prior to placement.
• Attend and participate in job fairs and networking recruiting events and sessions.
