Job summary

Apploi is hiring a Staffing Coordinator for our Saint Peters, MO facility. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure appropriate staffing, coordinate scheduling, and support day-to-day unit coverage. This role emphasizes building strong interdepartmental relationships and maintaining organized staff schedules.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator/Director within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain staff support.
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
• Complete nursing schedules and coordinate requests to ensure appropriate unit coverage.
• Consult with Nursing Department staff and supervisors regarding staffing and scheduling needs.
• Assist employees with accurate completion and timeliness of Time Request Forms.
• Contact employees via telephone, email, text, etc. to keep work sheets and schedules up to date.
• Answer employee calls regarding staffing and scheduling functions.
