Valley Perinatal Services is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, and financial reporting for a private healthcare practice. You will ensure GAAP compliance and produce timely statements for leadership.

The role requires 2–5 years in accounting, preferably in healthcare, with strong Excel and accounting software proficiency. Join a dedicated Admin department in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Healthcare sector experience preferred; revenue cycle understanding helps.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and present GAAP-compliant financial statements monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Generate reports and analyses for leadership highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
