Job summary

Advanced Psychiatry Associates is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for a remote role. You will handle approximately 60–65 calls daily from providers, referral sources and patients, collecting clinical and demographic data for entry into our portal.

The position offers an hourly rate of $23.50–$26.50 with a monthly incentive bonus, remote training, and a 4–6 week nesting period. Work hours post-training run Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare/medical industry with medical terminology.
• Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
• Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM) with data entry while listening.
• Basic PC & internet search skills (mouse usage, browsing, bookmarks).

About the job Healthcare Customer Service Representative-(Remote)

As a Healthcare Customer Service Expert, you will be the first point of contact for patients needing home healthcare services. Typical phone calls range from interactions with customers who need basic information or to help those with more complex requests.

In this role, you will work in a remote high-volume call center environment and receive/respond to approx. 60-65 incoming calls per day from providers, referral sources and patients. You will collect clinical and demographic information and enter it into our Advanced Psychiatry Associates portal.

Location 100% Remote

Hourly Rate - $23.50/hr - $26.50/hr + Monthly Bonus Incentive opportunity

Training & Nesting Period 4 to 6 Weeks

Training & Nesting Hours Monday Friday 9:00am 5:30pm EST

Available Shift After Training & Nesting: Monday - Friday, 11:30AM - 8:00PM EST

• Speeds: 2mb/10mb upload and 10mb/25mb download or higher.
• High-speed Internet: Fiber or Cable connection required.
• DSL, Satellite, Wireless, and Hotspot are prohibited due to poor connections.
• Required to hardwire with an ethernet cable while working.
