• Minimum 5+ years in healthcare sourcing/contracting.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience.

• Experience with contract management systems and supply chain analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned categories.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle including RFPs, bids, negotiations, awards, and renewals.
• Evaluate and optimize contract portfolio to reduce variation and maximize value.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements.
