Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for clinicians and staff, guiding their transition to Epic. You’ll design training materials and scenarios, work with teams to create workflow-based content, and collaborate on projects to improve software usability.

This role requires travel, relocation to the Madison area (reimbursed), and a background in teaching or performance delivery. You’ll join a collaborative campus culture focused on life-saving healthcare software, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Preferred to have education, teaching, or performance experience.
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed.
COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
Serve as first point of contact for staff and users; shape their Epic transition experience.
Design and develop training materials and scenarios to be delivered.
Collaborate with organizations to develop training content and workflow-based modules.
Contribute to projects that make Epic software more intuitive.
