Job summary

South Puget Sound Community College is seeking a full-time Instruction & Classroom Support Technician 2 (ICST 2) – Healthcare Simulation Operations & Technology Specialist within the Allied Health program. Under supervision, you will prepare, operate, maintain, and dismantle instructional labs and equipment to support faculty delivering scheduled healthcare instruction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2 years of technical experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting healthcare education and simulation environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends; CHSOS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Capable of maintaining labs, equipment, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain healthcare labs and simulation spaces.
• Operate simulation equipment and AV systems during classes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
• Maintain inventories and documentation.
