AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company providing comprehensive services for patients nationwide. The role reports to the SVP of Pharmacy Operations and focuses on managing shipments from CareKinesis fulfillment centers to residences and facilities, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in shipping preferred.
• Experience in a Pharmacy or healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and track shipments by FedEx, UPS and other couriers; provide timely updates.
• Ensure shipment accuracy by verifying destination address and delivery time.
• Address delivery exceptions and escalate unresolved shipments as needed.
• Escalate any unresolved shipments and incidents promptly.
• Monitor US weather patterns to mitigate delays and notify sites.
• Coordinate with national couriers and CareKinesis to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare invoices and credits per client contracts and PO terms.
• Create shipping reports by coordinating carrier data and dashboards.
• Stay informed on transit times and optimize shipment grouping.
• Participate in reclamation duties and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant practices and information security in operations.
• Liaise with clients, providers, and our pharmacy for shipping requests.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle return requests from PACE clients.
• Assist inventory with returns and credits via Jira and Appfire.
