Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring immediately for a full-time SANITATION SUPERVISOR at Saint Thomas West Hospital, 4220 Harding Road, Nashville, TN 37205. Online applications are accepted only. Schedule is full-time with open availability; days and hours may vary.

Previous utility supervisory experience is preferred. Pay range is $20.00–$23.00 per hour. As part of Compass Healthcare, TouchPoint supports patients, families, and visitors across Ascension Health hospitals.

Qualifications

• Previous utility supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises the daily collection of refuse and waste.
• Oversees associates during a specific shift.
• Performs field inspections to ensure collection is done safely and efficiently.
• Investigates and responds to customer complaints promptly and tactfully.
• Monitors and inspects the repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Prepares required status, maintenance, accident, injury and other reports; submits reports to supervisor.
