Qualifications

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks per policy and procedure.
• Train staff and create work schedules to meet coverage and performance goals.
• Support production or service quality, productivity and safety targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create shift schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality and safety metrics are met.
• Serve as point of contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor staff and encourage career development and advancement within the organization.
