Job summary

Citi's Equity Research team in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to support the lead analyst covering Healthcare Services, delivering high-quality investment insights to institutional clients globally. Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in sell-side equity research with a Healthcare Services focus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain complex financial models with solid accounting and valuation knowledge.
• Experience supporting senior analysts and preparing client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex analysis into clear narratives.
• Active holding of, or eligibility for, SIE, Series 63, 86, and 87 licenses.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and update detailed financial models for Healthcare Services companies, including scenario analysis.
• Draft and co-author equity research publications and earnings previews/recaps.
• Respond to client inquiries with timely, informed insights on sector developments.
• Coordinate investor events and manage management meetings and field trips.
• Apply AI tools to enhance research workflows and outputs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing research environment.
• Evaluate business decisions while ensuring research integrity and regulatory compliance.
