Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of call center or customer service experience.

• Direct inquiries and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Assist Patient Access with ED presentation to ensure timely registration.
• Identify and respond to code situations to support hospital operations.
