Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive operational integration and performance across multiple care locations. You will partner with service line leadership to set plans, budgets, and performance expectations, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and patient care goals.

You will lead frontline managers, recruit and develop teams, and coordinate scheduling and resource decisions to improve access, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field is required.
• Typically requires 7 years of experience in operational leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical and administrative operations across assigned care locations to ensure execution of priorities.
• Establishes operational plans, performance expectations, and routines with service line leadership.
• Manages adherence to budgets, monitors performance, and directs corrective actions.
• Drives integration across care settings to improve access, capacity, growth, and consistency.
• Monitors KPIs and leads responses to performance trends and location initiatives.
