Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Security Supervisor in challenging environment (e.g., emergency department).
• Experience dealing with the public in a service setting.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Prior healthcare security, or law enforcement/military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Officers at assigned locations.
• Assist in training of Security Officers and review of post orders.
• Ensure adequate security coverage of all posts with management.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and non-emergencies in the facility.
• Conduct roving patrols and incident supervision in complex facilities.
• Monitor entrances and exits and control access to client facilities.
• Prepare logs or detailed narrative reports as required.
