Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a Healthcare Security Supervisor for Modesto. The role oversees healthcare security operations, supervises shifts, and participates in incident response with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Pay is $27.03 per hour, with shift 0800-1600 and in-person site duties. Applicants should have a high school diploma, a Guard Card, and 1 year of supervisory security experience when possible.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
• Experience: Security Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred).
• License/Certification: Guard Card (Required).

• Supervise shifts; act as relief to the Security Account Manager during off-hours or for limited absences.

Typically an individual with 4 to 10 years healthcare security or other relevant experience or a combination of relevant law enforcement or military experience, including 2 to 4 years direct supervisory experience.
