Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Typically 1 year of experience in security/public safety or customer service.
• Background check, drug screen, pre-placement physical and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach, maintaining professionalism and fairness.
• Present a professional, approachable appearance and adhere to safety and security rules.
• Perform patrols and inspections to identify hazards, manage patient valuables, and deter threats; assist staff and visitors as needed.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and service calls; de‑escalate and manage threatening situations as trained.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders; document incidents and support department operations.
