Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a reliable means of communication (cell phone).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; possess a valid government-issued driver’s license; active state-issued guard card.

Responsibilities

• Observe and remain vigilant for signs of crime, disorder, hazards, or unusual activity.
• Patrol on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to check for unsafe conditions and security violations.
• Verbally and physically de-escalate individuals as needed.
• Inspect security devices and fire control equipment; screen members, visitors, and client employees for admittance.
• Respond to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, or other emergencies with calm urgency.
• Prepare logs and investigative reports with clear, interpretable information.
• Read and interpret police reports, laws, and procedures.
• Maintain Lost and Found logs and ensure property removal complies with policy.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and security policy.
