Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI) seeks a dedicated Healthcare Security Officer to join our security and care delivery team for a leading healthcare provider.

You will be part of an equal-opportunity organization, supporting a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. On typical days you’ll be vigilant, mobile, and ready to respond to emergencies, while maintaining calm, compassionate interactions and professional conduct in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable means of communication (cell phone).
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid government-issued driver’s license.
• Must hold an active state-issued guard card.

Mansioni

• Observe and remain vigilant for signs of crime, disorder, hazard, and unusual activity.
• Patrol on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to check for unsafe conditions and security violations.
• De-escalate individuals verbally and physically when needed.
• Inspect security devices and control equipment; screen members, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to emergencies with calm urgency and proper procedures.
• Prepare logs and investigative reports with clear, interpretable information.
• Read and interpret police reports, laws, and procedures.
• Manage Lost and Found records per policy.
• Ensure property removal complies with policy and client standards.
