Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in Security, law enforcement, or military.
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV report.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• IAHSS Certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enforces all safety and security rules, regulations, and policies.
• Conducts routine inspections of on-site and off-site locations.
• Investigates accidents and incidents and reports promptly.
• Performs opening/ lockdown of buildings as approved.
• Participates in emergency response and drills.
• Maintains required annual certifications and training.
• Read/write and speak English; interact professionally.
• Walks and patrols company property, including outside and inside areas.
