Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in Security, law enforcement, or military.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• IAHSS certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• FTO program completion within first 60 days of employment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety and security rules on company property.
• Conducts routine inspections of on-site and off-site locations.
• Investigates accidents and reports incidents promptly.
• Performs opening/lockdown and safety-related duties as assigned.
• Participates in emergency response and drills.
• Maintains annual certifications and completes required training.
• Interact respectfully with diverse patient populations and staff.
• Remains compliant with laws and regulatory standards.
