Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrols assigned areas to deter crime and assist as needed.
• Monitors CCTV, access control, alarm systems and radios for situational awareness.
• Controls access to facilities and issues passes to authorized individuals.
• Responds to alarms and emergencies; coordinates with police and other responders.
• Investigates incidents and prepares basic reports.
• Assists staff and visitors with safety guidance and escorts as needed.
• Intervenes to de-escalate conflicts and assist with crisis situations.
