As an unarmed Security Officer in a full-time role, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to emergencies calmly, and document incidents according to site procedures. Allied Universal emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and people-first service.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screening is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and others while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare locations including interiors, parking areas, entrances and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or hazards to deter unauthorized access and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Complete incident reports and activity logs in accordance with site procedures.
