Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor management and escort services as assigned.
• Document incidents and observations accurately and communicate with site leadership and responders.
