Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Hilo, Hawaii. The role involves unarmed security patrols at a healthcare location, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents.

You will monitor access points, respond to emergencies, and document daily activities while adhering to site policies. The position is full-time with a standard night schedule and requires at least 1 year of security experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience required.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and following facility protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and facility access.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities and communicate information to appropriate personnel.
