Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Walterboro, SC to safeguard clients across healthcare facilities and other sites. Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badges is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and directing visitors as required.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate information to site leadership.
