Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. seeks an Healthcare Security Officer (Unarmed) in Sylmar, CA to protect patients, staff and visitors. You will patrol facilities, observe safety concerns, respond to incidents, and maintain a welcoming healthcare environment with de-escalation techniques.

The role requires CA driver’s license, BSIS Guard Card, First Aid/CPR/AED, and related certifications. It offers full-time hours, steady shifts, and opportunities for growth within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License.
• Valid California BSIS Guard Card.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Current Baton Permit/Card.
• Current Handcuff Permit.
• Healthcare vaccinations or immunizations, including TB, MMR, and Varicella.
• Must pass a Live Scan background investigation and client approval process.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Must have a Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
