Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; healthcare security certification may be required depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Provides security services with a customer-service approach; uphold policies and training.
• Maintain professional appearance and de-escalate conflicts; assist patients, visitors, and staff.
• Perform interior/exterior patrols, identify hazards, and monitor access and traffic.
• Respond to emergencies, investigations, and service calls; document incidents accurately.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders as needed; support department safety training.
• Support crowd and traffic control; ensure safety of property and people on site.
