Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Full Time - Screening Operations in Radnor, PA. You will welcome patients and visitors, screen belongings, monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain a secure, professional environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming individuals, explaining screening procedures, and directing visitors, patients, staff, and/or students as appropriate.
• Conduct screening of individuals and permitted belongings in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of access points and visitor flow to deter unauthorized entry and support a professional environment.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner following emergency procedures.
• Complete required logs and incident reports accurately and communicate observations to supervision.
