Tarian seeks a Healthcare Security Officer to protect patients, staff, and visitors at partner hospital sites. You will deter illegal activity, monitor the premises, and respond to incidents while upholding the company’s values and community safety standards.

The role requires a pre‑employment background check, ability to obtain licenses, and fitness for extended shifts. A valid driver’s license may be required for driving roles. Excellent teamwork is essential.

Competenze

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications.
• Must have good vision including color and depth perception.
• Ability to stand/walk long shifts and lift up to 25–80 lbs as needed.
• Valid driver's license for driving roles if applicable.

Mansioni

• Maintain security and safety of hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illicit activities on hospital property.
• Provide supervision for at‑risk patients as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
