Tarian Group is seeking Healthcare Security Officers to protect patients, staff and visitors across our hospital sites. The role emphasizes visibility, safety, and service, with duties including access control, patrols, and incident deterrence while adhering to client expectations and site protocols.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid CO driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Training provided; full-time benefits included.
