Tarian is seeking Healthcare Security Officers to safeguard hospital environments, protecting staff, patients, and visitors while serving as a visible deterrent to unauthorized activities. You will support safety operations and adapt to client needs within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, and customer assistance, with the role requiring physical capability to perform duties and a commitment to upholding client values and community safety.

Qualifications

• A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for this position.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety of the hospital, staff, patients, and visitors; act as a visible deterrent to illicit activities on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
