Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrols all areas of the facility to deter and detect unauthorized activity
• Assists visitors with directions and escorts as needed
• Monitors surveillance cameras and inspects property for risks
• Investigates and documents suspicious activity and safety concerns
• Responds to alarms and emergencies and coordinates appropriate actions
• Secures property after hours and verifies access points
• Directs traffic and assists with crowd control during events or emergencies
• Coordinates with hospital staff and law enforcement as needed
• Completes incident reports and maintains logs
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to policies
