Inspira Health Network is seeking a Security Officer to join our team in southern New Jersey. This role focuses on creating a safe, secure environment for employees, patients and visitors, and responding to emergencies.

You will perform proactive patrols, assist during codes and incidents, and provide courteous customer service under stress. A high school diploma and security experience are required, with professional certifications encouraged.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of security experience; 3+ years in law enforcement preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• IAHSS Basic Security Officer Certification within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification within 100 days of hire.
• Able to interact effectively with staff, visitors, patients, contractors and volunteers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive and reactive security patrols and incident response.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with Environment of Care committee on safety and emergency management.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
