Allied Universal® in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Credential Services to safeguard clients across industries, with a focus on healthcare locations. You will monitor areas, deter incidents, manage access points, and assist visitors and staff with professional communication and service.

The role requires 18+ (21+ for armed), a high school diploma, and reliability. Training, benefits, and a supportive team are provided.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other occupants by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts, report incidents.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately.
