• Provides assistance to visitors, directions, questions, and escorts as needed.
• Monitors surveillance cameras and inspects property to address security risks.
• Investigates and documents reports of safety concerns and security violations.
• Responds to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate actions.
• Secures property by locking access points after hours.
• Directs traffic, enforces parking regulations, and assists with crowd control.
• Collaborates with hospital staff and law enforcement during security-related situations.
• Completes and maintains incident reports and logs.
