Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License and eligibility for hospital insurance coverage.
• Holds or able to obtain Guard Card, Baton Certificate, Pepper Spray Certificate.
• AHA HeartSaver certification or able to obtain within 14 days of classification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local and state laws and ordinances; BSIS training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Patrols on foot and by hospital vehicle; manage posted assignments and parking enforcement.
• Complete investigations and incident reports; provide excellent customer service to patients, associates and visitors.
• Respond to emergency codes, de-escalate combative situations, and assist with helicopter landings and security operations.
