Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Hospital Operations in Marion, NC to protect patients, visitors, and staff. Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be comfortable working in a hospital environment with a morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation according to laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a legal framework.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare facilities and perimeters.
