Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a full-time Security Officer for the Fond du Lac Campus in Oshkosh. The role requires 32 hours weekly (3rd shift, 2300-0700) with benefits eligibility.

You will deliver patient- and visitor-centered security, patrol the campus, and respond to incidents with professionalism and de-escalation skills. Responsibilities include coordinating with public safety, enforcing safety rules, and maintaining equipment and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in security/public safety or customer service with emergency response.
• Certification in Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents and de-escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and ensure policy compliance.
