Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies and incidents.
• Experience or familiarity with routine patrol procedures and security best practices.
• Ability to document incidents and observations clearly and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
