• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in healthcare and related areas to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization as directed by procedures.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership about incidents and needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare and laboratory-related areas, building interiors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate security-related documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and operational needs.
